Top Podcasts For The Girl Who Likes to Hustle

If you are reading this post, there is a very decent chance that you are interested in the Girl Boss lifestyle. You are probably creative, hard working, and a problem solver. You are probably curious about tricks that other people have on productivity and time management. But most of all, you are determined to be successful and you have a desire to learn.

If this isn’t you – no worries, it still can be. Thats why I’m making this post, to inspire you all to reach your full potential. Because if you clicked this post you’ve got it! The recent trend in modern media seems to be that everyone and their mother is starting a podcast. And I must say, I love it. Podcasts are such a raw and vulnerable way to openly tell a story with no editing, no filter, but just conversation. That is why I think they are the perfect form of inspiration for any aspiring girl boss. Here are my favorites and a little bit about each:

No Limits with Rebecca Jarvis: My FAVE! I am so obsessed with story telling, especially about interesting entrepreneurs. Rebecca Jarvis asks all of the hard hitting questions, and the best part – they are all female entrepreneurs! From the founder of Rent The Runway to Bobbi Brown, in this podcast you get inspired by the life stories of incredible people. You really learn that behind every success story is a whole lot of failure.

Gals On The Go: These girls are my favorite on Youtube, so naturally I had to tune in when they started a podcast. Their funny and relatable banter is perfect for the college girl. They talk about everything from classes, to travel, to healthy food, literally anything at all. I love their personalities and how they always have something insightful to say!

Thick & Thin: This podcast is all about the life of a 20-something girl living in NYC. The dream right? Well, most of the time. Katy gets REAL about what it’s actually like to figure it all out as you go. I love the way she talks in the most relatable way, as if I’m sitting down for coffee with her. I’m a huge fan of the juicy stories she tells and the way she makes everything in her life an analogy that is fun to follow.

How I Built This with Guy Raz: Another story time podcast. Guy interviews founders of companies that have changed the world – from Instagram, to the Drybar, to Airbnb. You get all of the story, and a lot of the business insight. You hear about the hard decisions that these founders had to make that could’ve broken their businesses. I love this podcast because I think it really captures all of the ups and downs that occur when you start something from scratch.

The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast: This podcast is a surprise every single episode. They have bomb guests, and talk about everything from skincare to productivity. They are hilarious and witty, while also being seriously hard workers.I’ve actually learned a crazy amount from this podcast because they ask all of the right questions. Definitely check this one out!

The Morning Toast: This podcast keeps you on your toes. It’s actually a morning show that streams live on Youtube Monday through Friday. The hosts? @girlwithnojob and @jackieoproblems, the most hilarious and premium sister duo. It’s the best way to get all of your pop culture news on the go with a light hearted twist. This is one of my favorite podcasts of all time, and honestly where I hear most of my news.

Girls Gotta Eat: The best raunchy girl power podcast out there. GGE is hosted by two single comedians in New York City who discuss their dating life, as well as bringing on other comedians to spice up the show. I always get a laugh out of this podcast and feel so empowered when I’m finished with an episode.

Thank you all so much for reading! You can listen to these podcasts in the car, at the gym, or anywhere at all – whenever you need some entertainment or inspiration. Now go get after the day!

xx, Adrienne
